Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Alcohol is sold only to buyers aged 18 and over — Singapore’s legal drinking age. You confirm your age when you enter the shop and again at checkout, and ID may be checked on delivery.

What does “new to Singapore” mean?
Every bottle on the shelf comes from a producer making its first appearance in Singapore. If you can already buy it easily here, we don’t stock it.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery options, costs and timings are shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I taste before I buy?
The Spirits Library at 19 Bukit Pasoh Rd is a professional discovery room for the trade, open Mon–Fri, 11:00–17:30 — it isn’t a public bar. If you’d like to taste and learn, join a School of Hard Shakes class.

Can I return a bottle?
If a bottle arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us straight away with a photo and your order number.

I work in a bar or buy for a venue. Can I order trade?
Yes — trade enquiries go through Tincture House. Get in touch and choose “Trade or wholesale”.

I make a spirit that isn’t sold in Singapore yet. Can you stock it?
Producers entering Singapore start with the Market Entry Sprint or Market Presence at tincture.house.
